The Haunted – Episode 2

That horror stuck moment for Thara when the white human resembled soul took its first step along with her. She couldn’t even imagine her state. She started shouting “Maaa…”, her parents opened the bedroom door and came out. She ran towards them and had shut the door. Her mom started to ask her why he had shouted and Thara didn’t even utter a single word rather she asked her parents to sleep.

It was a sleepless night to Thara. She covered herself with the bedsheet, closed her eyes tight and turned towards the wall and didnt even turn a side. She was in a heck of fear that it had kept its step forward and she star ted to get panic that danger has been increased to thier family. Thoughts started running on her mind. Its a sign of negativity her mind started to wander. She cant even sleep that night. Hours passed, sunlight started to come into their house, she felt some light over her bedsheet from the window nearby, she slowly took her bedsheets off. She got up and headed towards the kitchen to see her mom. She found her mom backside of their house near the well drying the clothes.

She rushed to her mom and explained her what had happened last night and told her ” I have been talking about this for a long time! But you and dad didn’t trust me! You both told me that its my illusion! But trust me mom! It’s not really my illusion! Something is going wrong! Its already out of our control! We need to sort this out soon.! Please! Do something”.

Padma got confused, she couldn’t even sense what is happening. At the same time she was also afraid about all the stuffs happening around. Thara went to college. Padma got scared being home alone that day. It was a long day for her. That evening Thara and Padma, both waited for Jaya to reach home. They both explained him what had happened and how scared to be home. To their surprise he accepted to do something regarding that. Thara was shocked as he didn’t trust these things and these days he didn’t even care about all the things.

“Dad! I’m shocked you trusted me! That its not my illusion” said Thara.

“Already both of you were afraid about those abnormal stuffs! Even if I talk the same way you both will be scared more! Be strong” said her dad.

“So you trust those things?” asked Thara.

“Our house is in danger! We are in danger! I don’t know how and why! We will see how to get away from this” said Jaya.

Suddenly Padma interupted and said “I spoke with my father and he asked us to go to the powerful Amman temple near Vellore! He had sent us the address! We will go there please!”.

“We will start from here tommorow morning” said Jaya.

“Should we wait till tommorow morning? I’m scared! Should we sleep here one more night?” asked Thara with fear.

“You said you didn’t sleep last night right! Go sleep!” saida Jaya and he made sure that she went to bed.

Later he saw Padma was quested in fear. She went to her and said, “After she shouted last night even I didn’t sleep properly! Around 4:30AM I guess I thought I can go to the room upstairs to meditate! While moving there I noticed something weird in front of our gate! I went nearby and saw! I saw two half pieces of lemon with kumkum in front of out gate with some liquid thing spread over! This seems to be a bad thing! Something is happening around!” said Jaya.

Padma being shocked, “Should we stay here for one more night! We will leave to the temple now itself please!”. Padma started to pleade Jaya.

“Street dogs might had put those lemons here and pissed here too, lets wait and confirm! Then lets proceed!” said Jaya.

Bad vibes started to spread in their house. Thara got exhausted that night. It was a sleepless fearful night for Jaya and Padma. Jaya being braver, stood up from bed by 5AM and headed towards the front gate. He opened the front door. He found the compound light was switched off. He went nearby the switch board and switched on the light. He opened the front gate. He got shocked on seeing the lemon with kumkum again. His fear and heartbeat started to increase when he saw the liquid substance that day to be in red colour. In fear he turned back to rush towards the door to enter his house. The moment he turned back the compound light switched off and got blasted with a bang of sound…!!!
